Grit and Resilience

In Cannes it is SO INSPIRING to run along the long boulevard.

However, even if the weather is not so nice and we’d rather stay inside … we should just put our running shoes on and GO!

We practice RESILIENCE when we keep on MOVING! So let’s move! Afterwards you will feel so proud of yourself and you will build and develop that important GRIT!!!
